Silt on AnyPS5

Updated

Silt reaches gameplay with sound on Windows main, without the four local changes used in its earlier report. The October 13 update also describes save data mounting and GameSave.bin being written.

Windows: gameplay without added patches

The Silt main-build report uses main ff8fe4dbc, title ID PPSA03306 and content version 01.003.000. The host has a Radeon RX 5700 XT with driver 32.0.21045.5002 on Windows 11 build 26200.

The game boots, reaches its menu and plays with sound. The older workaround for its multisampled scene target is no longer needed, and the author used no environment variables. Writing a save file does not by itself establish that a new launch can load it successfully.

Keep the Unity modules in their original folders

The earlier setup moved modules into sce_module and prx, which caused module-loading and startup problems. The corrected route keeps them under Media/Modules and Media/Plugins and converts both directories with --module-dir. The game's own sce_module files remain separate.

Use AnyPS5 setup for the full runtime layout, then check a save and restart before settling into a longer session. Animal Well on AnyPS5 provides another Windows gameplay and audio result. Return to AnyPS5 games for the full list.
